This page provides summaries, analyses and recommendations related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) from non-federal organizations. These resources have not been reviewed or vetted by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). NECTAC has screened them only for the purpose of identifying non-federal resources that are most relevant to the early childhood provisions of the IDEA. Our intent is to help reduce information overload for Part C and Section 619 coordinators, as numerous new resources become available. For official guidance from OSEP see www.nectac.org/arra.asp
