Training and technical assistance (T & TA) to replication sites
34. T & TA activities are implemented according to the replication plan.  1  2  3  4  5
** 35. T & TA activities result in structures and administrative arrangements which support the model in the replication site.  1  2  3  4  5
** 36. T & TA activities prepare replication site staff with the information/knowledge, attitudes/values and skills necessary to implement the model.  1  2  3  4  5
** 37. Replication site implements model or components of model or clear variation of model/components.  1  2  3  4  5
** 38. Replication site staff have the knowledge, skills, and tools to evaluate the model.  1  2  3  4  5
** 39. Replication sites achieve similar outcomes as original model site; or achieve outcomes as expected, based on site and/or model variation.  1  2  3  4  5
Follow-Up
40. The Outreach Project has considered the following questions related to long-term relationships with outreach sites:
  • How much and what kinds of follow-up support should be provided?
  • How will resource commitment be divided among new and continuing sites?
  • How long will support be available? (When is model in place, institutionalized?)
  • What are project interests in follow-up: model fidelity or quality control? Is site maintained as a "certified demonstration of Model X"? Is follow-up for maintaining quality practices? When/how should system assume responsibility for quality assurance?
