The NECTAC Logic Model /~images/icons/pdflogo.gif (PDF: 108kb) describes the inputs (resources, values, characteristics) of the center, the core activities (needs assessment and planning, collaboration, various TA and dissemination strategies, and evaluation), and intended outcomes. The Model illustrates the conceptual framework of the project and communicates the connection between the TA activities and the immediate outcomes (enhanced stakeholder capacity), intermediate outcomes (improved state and local infrastructure) and long term outcomes (improved early intervention and preschool practices and improved results for young children with disabilities and their families).
