Federal Register on August 14, 2006.

On December 1, 2008, the
IDEA Part B Final Supplemental Regulations (PDF: 185kb) were published in the
Federal Register.
In April 2009, the Office of Special Education Programs at the U.S. Department of Education published Non-regulatory Guidance on the Part B Final Supplemental Regulations.
