Services for Part C and Section 619 Coordinators and Related Audiences
NECTAC supports the state administrators and key implementors, including families of young children with disabilities, of the early childhood programs under the IDEA: the Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities Program (Part C of the law) and the Preschool Special Education Program (Section 619 of Part B of the law). The services we provide are determined with input from the state program coordinators and other stakeholders and approved by our project officer, Julia Martin at OSEP. In keeping with the mission of our cooperative agreement with OSEP, we collaborate with other TA providers and we include other audiences, where appropriate, in our TA services.Services to All
The topic pages on our Web site, including TA event resources such as recorded presentations and meeting handouts, are continually maintained by our topic specialists and are available to all. Our publications can all be downloaded. Subscription to our weekly eNotes compilation is open to all.
Our TA Agenda is maintained as a convenience for our colleagues in the states. It will be
updated frequently as details and dates of events are confirmed. If you choose to print it,
please refer to the online version here at www.nectac.org/taagenda.htm for the latest news.
If you have any questions about any of the services or events listed, please contact
nectac@unc.edu or the contact person, if shown, for that service or event. We plan to
incorporate an event calendar in the near future. Thank you for visiting www.nectac.org.
