Tremendous progress has been accomplished across all states in implementing the early childhood provisions of the IDEA. However, challenges remain in assuring that all eligible children and families are receiving and benefiting from high quality services that address their unique priorities and needs. The National Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center is assisting states to strategically address their implementation challenges.
