The National Association of State Directors of Special Education (NASDSE)
issued an "in Forum" brief policy analysis in October 2005 on Autism
Endorsements: State Approaches In 2007, OSEP funded a National Professional Development Center on Autism Spectrum Disorders. A previous center, Center for Training Personnel to Provide Evidence-Based Educational Services to Students with Autism Spectrum Disorders was funded from 2002-2007 but some services are still available.
