AGES BIRTH TO 6 YEARS

  • North Carolina: A revised interagency agreement for the provision of services to children with, or at risk for, disabilities ages birth through five, and their families, under Parts C and B of IDEA. The purpose of this agreement is to ensure cooperation in the development of a statewide, comprehensive, coordinated, collaborative, multidisciplinary, and interagency service delivery system.
  • Rhode Island: The full text of a December 1997 interagency agreement (PDF: 1,329kb) among the Department of Education, Department of Health, Department of Human Services, and federal representatives for state Head Start programs.
