INTRODUCTION

IDEA states that an infant and toddler's (ages birth to 3) services must be provided in natural environments as defined by law and a preschooler's (ages 3 though 5) services must be provided in the least restrictive environment (LRE). This section is for you, as a parent, to learn more about natural environments and LRE, to read stories from other families and to learn about available resources.

Contents

  2. How Natural Environments and Preschool LRE Look When Implemented
