The information in this PDF is a brief explanation of your protections according to state and federal laws.

    Mediation brochures are available in English and Spanish, but some information specific to CT is included. Staying In Charge brochures in 7 languages describe federal regulations on rights and safeguards under Part C. Languages include: English, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, French, Haitian Creole and Vietnamese.

    This booklet was developed to provide parents and families with a more in-depth description of early intervention services and their rights under IDEA, Part C. These materials are available in PDF format * in English, Cambodian, Chinese, Korean, Lao, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese.

    This brochure explains the who, what, where, when and why process of mediation services available in the state. When parents and providers of early intervention services disgree about any matter relating to the identification, evaluation, or provision of services for an infant or toddler (birth to three) mediation is offered as an option for families under IDEA, Part C. English, Spanish, Cambodian, Chinese, Korean, Lao, Russian, Vietnamese.
