Part C Option: Age 3 to Kindergarten Age

A conference call to explore the new IDEA 2004 option to extend Part C services to kindergarten was held May 24, 2005. Kala Surprenant, Attorney, Office of Special Education Programs General Counsel, was the primary presenter, discussing the key statutory requirements of this new option.
