The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) appropriated significant new funding for programs under Parts B and C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for infants and toddlers (Part C), preschool children (Part B Section 619), and school aged students (Part B). ARRA funds may be spent on any activity allowed by IDEA 2004. The Inclusion Institute provides a rich, collaborative learning environment that reflects ARRA's early childhood funding goal: implementing best practices that create positive outcomes for students with disabilities.
