Registration Fee and Hotel Reservation Deadlines: November 13, 2009

The Registration Fee for the conference is $300 if paid on or before November 13, 2009. This fee includes conference materials, continental breakfasts, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and a Monday evening reception. The registration fee can be paid online with your credit card (VISA or MasterCard only). Your registration confirmation includes a link to an online payment site. You may pay immediately after you register or return later to pay. However, the fee must be received by Friday, November 13, 2009 in order to qualify for the $300 rate.

You may also pay by check (personal, business, state, or non-profit), or money order. Sorry, NO purchase orders. If paying by check or money order, make checks payable to UNC Chapel Hill (Federal Tax ID 56-6001393) and send to NECTAC, c/o Randy Bickford, 517 S. Greensboro Street, Carrboro, NC 27510.

Late Registration and Fees: After November 13, 2009

Online and onsite registration will be available after November 13, however the registration fee will increase to $350. At the conference, NECTAC will accept payment by cash, check, VISA and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy

Should you find that you are unable to attend the conference for any reason after paying your registration fee, the following refund policy will apply: To request a refund, your request must be submitted via email to Randy Bickford, randy_bickford@unc.edu with all of your contact information. Refund requests must be submitted by November 20, 2009 and include to whom the refund should be made payable. Please allow 6 weeks to receive your reimbursement check. We are not able to accept requests for refunds after November 20, however the registration may be transferred to another person with advance notice by sending an email to Randy.
