The first session included a presentation from OSEP and the ECO Center on the evolution of the early childhood outcomes requirements and recommendations. The second session provides presentations from several states about their own evolving outcomes processes. There will be facilitated discussion and opportunities for questions. Addressing the Mental Health Needs of Infants and Young Children and their Families

The presenters will provide specific examples of strategies used by states and communities to address the mental health needs of infants, toddlers, preschool children, and their caregivers. Diane Turner Handout Part 2. This two part interactive session aims to strengthen parent leadership through brief presentations and "hands on" skill development. Part I focused on clarifying personal vision and building shared vision to foster effective collaboration. Part 2 will build skills to lead high performing teams, resolve conflicts, and facilitate team learning. This session will build on the pre-conference meeting for ICC participants.
